    VLC works better. No more lag time. Although the picture is all skewed every few seconds. In other words it becomes really pixilated (is that evern a word?) lol. Could this be a fault on the website i downloaded from?

    Kantaris will be good. Based on your memory report, it is definitely a problem with windows media player, as brianzion suggested.

    i have to go now i would un-install the windows player and vlc and install kantaris (highly recommended) and see how you get on i will research about the windows one and post back with my findings thanks liquidsnak. i have to

    Thank you Brainzion for all of your help. I feel its still kinda odd that windows media player is so defected like that. But either way Kantaris works great and alleviated the problem. THanks again to everyone who contributed!

    this is true. I am still curious what exactly caused the problem. But in any case at least im not aggrevated with the issues anymore. Cheers!

    Personally, I have been plagued with WMP issues since it first came out. I use VLC and iTunes that has been tweaked to my liking now

    well done yes Kantaris is a nice program i think the developer is Russian a well built software very well structured. if you have any probs feel free to pm me, thanks liquidsnak.:)
