MC doesn't recognize tuner after reinstall

Maybe somebody already had similar problem.
Here is the thing.Recently,I messed up a lot my system so I had to pull out one of Acronis images prepared for situations like this. And I did.
After reinstall,MC doesn't recognize tuner at all.SO,is there any two-clicks around workout for problem like that maybe?

One other thing I noticed. Some of the desktop shotcut don't have icons but are "empty".The weirdest thing is for example,Acronis True Image icon is there, and Acronis One-click has "empty" icon without a picture.

Repair doesn't Recognize my Win 7 OS
I recently came home and my computer was on the black start-up screen. It gave the error status: 0xc000000F, File:\boot\BCD. I tried to run the repair disk, but it doesn't recognize the Win 7 OS. It does see the old Vista OS. I believe this occurred after a recent Windows update (set to automatic)....
