Windows 7: MC doesn't recognize tuner after reinstall

Maybe somebody already had similar problem.
Here is the thing.Recently,I messed up a lot my system so I had to pull out one of Acronis images prepared for situations like this.And I did.
After reinstall,MC doesn't recognize tuner at all.SO,is there any two-clicks around workout for problem like that maybe?



One other thing I noticed.Some of the desktop shotcut don't have icons but are "empty".The weirdest thing is for example,Acronis True Image icon is there,and Acronis One-click has "empty" icon without a picture.

Did you reinstall tuner driver?
