Movie Length is wrong in MC

I have recently started ripping alot of my DVD collection. My rips play fine but when played inside of media center the movie length gets screwed up somehow. For instance a 90min movie might show up as 24hrs long. It plays fine but if I try to skip ahead using the progress bar the movie will stop playing and I get returned to the movie selection area. My guess is it crashes b/c MC cant determine were to skip b/c movie length is wrong. When the same file is played in vlc player or boxee the movie length is correct. If it helps any the files are .mkv ripped using dvdfab. I have shark007 codecs installed. Also this install of Win7 is basically fresh it has very little installed on it.

Almost forgot when movie first starts to play it does display the correct movie length for a couple of seconds then it changes to the wrong length of time.

On the MKV TAB, choose to disable the DivX MF splitter.
