Unable to burn a tv program to DVD

when trying to vurn a pre recorded tv program I get this message:
"One or more of the files you have selected is not a supported file and can not be added to the list", even a Non copyrighted one.
Using the original Vista, sp-1, there was no problem. After upgrade to Windows 7, recorded file types has been change from "Windows Movie" to "Windows TV", not even Nero can recognize the new extension.

Nero wont be able to burn the new type of file.
Have you tried to burn the file from Media Center since it is a TV recorded file? I believe its in the options section of media center if you open the program and look threw it there will be a burn media icon in there, try that way and see what happens.
