Windows 7: Is there a command line switch for video loop?

Is there a command line switch for video loop?

Is there a switch to get Windows Media Center or Windows Media Player to loop a video?

I have a need to play a video on a large flat screen in a public facilities area and I want the video to loop (play and start over), full screen until we tell it to stop.

Thanks, Dave
