    No TV Tuner Detected

I am trying to run my Happauge PVR 150 with windows media center 7. I have installed all the drivers from happauge I have all the microsoft updates and I am having no luck. I have tried all the steps provided by microsoft including changing the log on and no luck. I cannot reasonably restore my computer to an earlier time because I have never got it to work. I know for a fact the tuner is good becasue it works on Win TV a happauge program. I am about to go crazy trying to get this to work, please help!

Maybe the Win TV happauge program is conflicting with it? Have you uninstalled the happauge Program?

The TV signal cannot be configured because a TV tuner was not detected. If you have a tuner, ensure it is installed correctly.

Try removing the card and reinserting it.
If possible, move it to another PCI slot.
Try running the MCE setup again.
