Sadly, no. Ever since XP Media Center 2005. The only thing you can do is use MCE to tune to the OnDemand channel and then use the remote control from your cable providor to navigate from there.
I was hoping to see some sort of compatibility in Windows 7 Media Center, but no such luck.
One piece of good news is that CableCard V 2 should be out shortly, and it will support Tru2Way, so with a Digital Cable Tuner, you can then get your On Demand and Pay per View.
But untill then . . . .
Hope this helps

Thats not entirely true . . . a work around for OCUR has been made public, and you can purchase DCTs online. Pay close attention though, because you will want to get one with a PID attached.
Do a search on google for OCUR compliant motherboards, and you'll find what your looking for.
Hope this helps

I use a Hava Box for my TV tuner that the cable box is plugged into, and Media Center sees it, No need for the IR Blaster, instead I bought a Gyration remote and this controls my PC and cable box and I can go through the On Demand menu with the same remote. | My System Specs | | Media center tv with cable box remote control set up problems?
