How to play flv video in Windows Media player

Hello!
Are there any way to play flv video files using Windows Media player?

Take a look this
FLV files in Windows Media Player

On MS Answers I read that wmp12 can't play flv files. I don't know because I disabled wmp on my pc.

You have 3 options:
1. Get an .flv codec (not really recommended) Codecs from other sources can be messy.
2. convert it to e.g. .wmv with Format Factory - Free media file format converter
3. Play it with VLC Download VLC Media Player 1.1.7 - FileHippo.com

With Sharks codecs installed I can play flv in windows media player.

Media Player Won't Play Any MP3 or Video!
I've reinstalled Win7 to resolve some little issues I had. Now, WMP just won't play ANY MP3 files (including ones it ripped!) or AVI files. Real Player plays them all OK. Any ideas? Worked fine on previous installation. (SB Audigy, BTW)
