mc stops when i play movie

Hey all, I have upgraded to 7260 and all is ok except the fact that MB stops and restarts when I try to play a movie. I can watch trailers ok, and can watch my movies using wmp with no problem. I had this problem some of the time in 7100 build as well. Here is the log file for the error, please help if possible.

Hey
Ok the faulting item is ehomeehshell.exe, and that is direct-X related. Have you installed directx?

When you say you upgraded i take you mean you really 'upgraded' from a previous build. The best i can suggest (and it works for me) is to completely uninstall MB, then re-install MB but, version 2.0.11 followed by 2.1.1

MB (2.1.0) would not install for me on 7262 and installing the 1st then 2nd help 100%

Hope it helps for you too

zigzag3143 - i removed my ehres.dll and replaced with original and it works now. I also was able to reload the black clear theame and change the ehres.dll with my own pics, and all stil works OK.
I dont know what happened, and I thought I had directx installed for other items, I have it for quite a few other programs that would not run without it.

Orbital Shark - i did install it the way you did as well - thanks

I appreciate all the advice, and am very happy to be rolling again.
