    back, did what you said but got error message:

    cannot import c:\user/name/desktop/wmvaviregkeys\video_avi moniker class reg: Not all data was successfully written to the registry. Some keys are open by the system or other processes.

    rebooted tried again same error.

    Windows orb > type cmd in search bar and run it as administrator. Copy

    regedit.exe /s VIDEO__X_MS_WMV Moniker Class.reg

    right click in cmd windows, past it and hit enter. Worked?

    Windows Orb > type "regedit" without quotes and hit enter. When prompted click Yes. In the regedit window, click "edit " and scroll down to "find ". Copy and paste
