Alternatively you could run XP or vista X86 in a virtual machine, since your tv tuner is USB, this might work, of course you will need host software that has full USB support (such as vmware workstation). Quite frankly, time for a new tuner :)

100% working TV in Media Center of Windows 7 Build 7600.16384 64-bit:

CPU and Graphic Card: Intel E2180 with ATI 4670 (driver ATI Catalyst 8.12 of 01-12-2008 - v.8.561.0.0).

TV Tuner 1: Terratec Cinergy 2400i DT (driver v.1.0.3.266) (watch and recording of two tv channels simultaneous - OK) (DVB-T)

    TerraTec - Products - TV - Aerial (DVB-T) - TerraTec Cinergy 2400i DT

    TV Tuner 2: Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-HD-S2 (driver v.2.123.27056.0) (watch and recording of channel - OK) (DVD-S) (configuration of 3 lnb - Astra 2 - Astra 1 - Hotbird)

Hauppauge Computer Works Ltd : WinTV-NOVA-HD-S2

100% working TV in Media Center of Windows 7 Build 7600.16384 32-bit:

CPU and Graphic Card: Intel N270 with Intel GMA 950(driver of Windows Update).

TV Tuner: Avermedia Volar HX (driver v.2.0.0.121) (watch and recording of tv channel - DVB-T - OK - Analog TV - OK - Radio - OK)

AVerMedia MPD Global - AVerTV TV Tuners and Multimedia Products - AVerTV Hybrid Volar HX

All tuners working 100% in Windows 7 (with ATI Catalyst 9.x graphic drivers I experience slow tv and no image with Terratec 2400i DT, but with ATI Catalyst 8.12 of 01-12-2008 - v.8.561.0.0 is all ok).

Hope to help for users to choose a working WMC7 tv tuner.
