What's the model of the card? We could try searching on the internet to find a 64bit driver.

Did you try windows update to see if it finds a generic driver for the tv tuner card?

    Slim chance on that one

I just picked up a cheap Videomate U100 USB tuner that failed to detect any drivers. Luckily the supplied Vista drivers works fine.

Raj, what exactly is the Tuner card? Many googlers make for light work :)

Yep. Sorry mate, I looked high and low and it appears there are zero x64 drivers available for it for any OS.

Had you been running x32, you probably could have tried installing the Vista drivers in compatibility mode, but since you're running x64 it's 99.9% probable it simply won't work.

As Dinesh says, it may be time for a new tuner.

    Sorry I couldn't help

As an absolute longshot, you could try the drivers:
Download Pinnacle&#8482 PCTV Hybrid Pro Stick 320e Driver for Microsoft® Windows® Vista 64-bit Edition

    Try installing with compatibility mode.
