Problems Streaming thru Router

I'm using Windows 7 on an Acer laptop. My router (Airport Express) is hard-wired to my Mac Pro. Whenever I want to stream wireless to my laptop the audio (or video) is constantly re-buffering until the connection is finally lost. I have to close Media Player and re-click the 'connect' icon on the website. Sometimes this works although very slowly, but other times a window will come up saying that Media Player 'cannot find the file'. I also notice that my 'network connections current status' window suddenly reads "Limited Access". I have to disconnect from the internet and then re-connect for that window to read "Connected". Then I re-connect to the website I want to listen to and have success for about 5-10 mins. until this pattern happens all over again.

Look into the Following,

Updating the Firmware on the router.
Check your Router for Check Boxes that enable the Streaming wireless.

You also could be conflicting with another wireless item or router. You may be on the same channel.
