    mvb files

Any of you guys tried playing mvb files in mce yet? If so, how did you get it to play? What is the quality of the videos? I am downloading all of the dragon ball series from regular dragon ball, all the way thru the gt series (17GB).

I believe MVB is either a Multimedia Viewer Book Source File or a Real Network file type. A Multimedia Viewer Book doesn't make much sense as I thought that was only really used by Microsoft for storing audio and video clips used in help files. I could be wrong though.

If is a Real Network file, you can try Real Alternative. Basically any video\audio format that has a corresponding DirectShow or Media Foundation can be played in Media Center. Sometimes the codec\splitter\decoder is enough, other times you'll also need a registry key to set the perceived video type.
