Automatic channel change/ Auto-tune to channel

Hello again! I've got a bit of a question regarding getting Windows Media Center to change channel automatically.

Is it possible to create a task to open (if media center is closed) or just change a channel in media center at a specific time? I use my PC as my primary TV so I do miss some of the features standard TV's and STB's have.

I usually fall asleep to History Channel or Discovery channel or something (Channel #'s 54.13 and 94.7, respectively) but want Media center to automatically change to NBC (114.1) at 6:55AM. (Quite a tick before I wake up) so I can awake to the morning news/Today show. I've got Dual tuners and only use Digital Channels (I've got Hybrid tuners if that matters)

Is there a way I can schedule a task to change the channel to 114.1 at 6:55am? I already have a task to mute my machine at 1:00am and unmute at 6:55 am so I don't have the extra noise as I dream peacefully but, Every once in a while, it will unmute and be on HIS or DSC which show paid programming at 7am.

Currently I have both NBC channels set to record (One is SD, the other is HD) and it's a crap-shoot as to whether I will wake up to HD or SD today show. I prefer to wake up to HD (because I can) but there is no "for sure" way to ensure I wake up to the right program.

Let me know if you all know of a way or (as is likely) are smarter and can figure out a way. I know A LOT of people are looking for a way to auto-tune channels at specific times in media center and there doesn't seem to be a definitive way aside from setting it to record. (Dumb that there isn't a native feature but oh well)

Thanks and let me know if any of you wise old-timers know of a nice way.
