Windows 7: No tuner Found tv setup hdprime

Hello,
So here's the situation:
Fresh install of win 7 64 updated. Latest catalyst drivers, HDHomerun software.
Thats it.
Passed the digital cable advisor, the silicondust software sees the prime just fine.

I'm getting no tuner found when i try to setup tv signal in media center.

Little bit more about setup:
Used to have hdhomerun and worked just fine, added the prime and had some troubles so I opted to fresh install win 7.
The prime is connected directly to the second NIC of PC (LAN2). It gets assigned as unidentified network public.

Do I have a network issue or is the no tuner found a media center issue?
I think I will try to connect my original hdhomerun tonight and see how that goes.
