Play DVDs/BDs while computer is locked/logged off?

Hi, I have my computer set up as a HTPC and is connected to my HDTV. The problem is, my TV only has two HD ports and I have three things to connect to it: TelusTV box, Blu-ray player, and computer.

I don't want to have to leave the computer unlocked for all to access, but I'd like it to be as easy as possible for anyone to instantly start playing a disk, preferably without logging into a guest account first.

    is this possible? thanks.

You'll need to purchase an AVR (audio/video receiver)
Everything connects to the AVR via HDMI, providng HD audio to add to your viewing experience,
and then you have a single HDMI connection from the AVR to the TV.

    I have one.

It's futzy and adds a whole another layer of complexity and a really tiny remote thats easy to lose.

Actually I think I may have found a solution:

When using Windows MC I found "media only" mode, which has the ability to "lock" WMC so that you can't exit it.

Is it possible to password protect WMC (so you need a password to "unlock" or access the settings tab)?

    thanks.

And is it possible to create a shotcut that automatically launches WMC in locked mode when launched? thanks.
