Media Player - Change Audio Device

Greetings,

I use VLC for my video needs, and some videos support 5.1 surround sound. In VLC I can right click, and go to Audio, then to Audio Devices. There I'm given a choice to change which audio playback is... played... This particular file has trouble in VLC so I'm trying to play it in Media Player.

Now, taking this same video, which plays 5.1 in VLC, and playing it in Media Player, there is no such option. Any suggestions on how to change audio playback?
