Windows 7: Sound with a Photo

I'm trying to attach a sound file to a photo so I can play it on my digital picture frame. I am also trying to make it so when I click on the photo file it will automatically trigger the sound file to play. Any idea's how I can do this?

you could try making the picture into a video, with the music as a soundtrack and the still image as the visual part of the 'movie'

you can do this with the windows movie maker which is a part of the free windows live essentials pack.

BUT i don't know whether your digital photoframe can play videos, or sounds for that matter.
