    Looking Too Replace My Pctv Card


    hi guys 'n' gals

    i am looking to replace my tv card can be either pci or pcie
    at present i have an Avermedia A16A/A 16AR PCI Hybrid DVB-T
    i have one of these cards in each rig one on xp one on win7 32bit both still work fine but and here's the but
    the one in win7 will never find the signal after a reboot i have too open and select a station and then its fine untill the next time i reboot ,
    had these cards about 4 yrs avermedia say they were going to update the driver for windows 7 too stop this problem but it never happened their attitude now is buy a new card so now i am looking too replace the windows 7 card preff with freeview digital with hd
    i was looking at the blackgold BGT 3620 card it gets a good writeup is anyone out their running one of these or can any kind person throw some advice my way as too whats a good card these days its a mine field now thankyou all for reading this post look forward to reading any helpfull advice or tips you may have also most of all i want to avoid the cant find tv signal after a reboot routine as a couple of times ive forgot to do it manually and missed tv recordings thanks again

    i have been using a usb tv card alongside with windows media center and have had no troubles receiving freeview connected to the freeview Ariel 6 months i have had it i only have to re-tune now and then but that's due to where i get my broadcast. have a look here >>>> DVB-T Digital USB TV CARD TUNER for Freeview Laptop PC | eBay

    Blackgold cards work great, however if you're using the card for tv in media centre, try DVBLink TV Source. It'll tune your card outside of MCE and should resolve the reboot issue you're having.
    If you're using a low powered pc then be cautious with using a USB tuner for HD.

    ok guys its been over a year and tv has really moved on as you will see above i was going too settle for a blackgold tv tuner then i came acreoo a post with rave reviews for the TBS6280 Dual Tuner so i purchased one and its been used eversince it5 is still working great now but i am in a position too hookup a satellite feed as well now so have been looking at the new range of cards {terrestrial satellite combo}to upgrade the one i have one sat feed one ariel feed
    has anyone got one of tese cards installed the blackgold looks tempting BGT3635 but i can't find any feedback on it is their someone out their with one of these installed that could throw me a review etc thanks for reading this boring post have a good day all
