Windows 7 - Windows Media Player C00D11B1

Windows Media Player C00D11B1

Getting that error when I try and play my recorded video files from my HD Capture card. I've had this error before and re-installed Windows 7 but to no avail it's back.

Other things to note.

- Every other video file will play audio but there will just be a weird looking stretched thumbnail of the video in the center.

- Restarting my computer will always fix this error. I don't want to have to do that though. I want to know the reason it happens.

- My Audio and Display drivers are all updated. But one thing that's weird is, if I disable my display driver and then re-enable it, I'll be able to play videos again. Weird..

Any ideas?
