x64 Live TV breaks video playback Hauppauge Nova-T 500

Hi All,

I've been using 32bit Windows 7 for some time without issue, To make better usage of my systems memory I install 64bit Windows 7.

I have installed the 64bit K-Lite codec pack and I can play MKV's and other videos fine in MCE. But as soon as I try and watch live TV I get sound but no picture. Aftwards I then get the same problem on all other video files, and can only restore the picture by restarting Media Center.

My TV card is a Hauppauge Nova-T 500. I have downloaded the latest drives, which seem to be working fine as MCE has found all the channels, and I have sound?

Looks like I still have a codec problem, but I've tried everything. What codec is required to watch normal live tv?

Please help.
