How to prevent machine from showing up as a media server on network

When I browse my local network with a media streamer, my win 7 machines shows up under media servers as "Computer: Administrator:"

Anybody know how I can disable this on the Windows 7 machine so it doesn't show up - its not supposed to share anything this way, and there isn't any files being shared if i select this server - it just annoys me this shows up.
