Suggestions for my new Media Server[Current Specs inside]

BACKSTORY

So a few weeks back a friend of mine who is a network admin gave me his 2 year old media server pc connected to his TV, the issue being either the PSU or MOBO was going on. I took out and plug in my desktop's PSU and it works perfectly so I want suggestions on what I should add to make this perfect media server for my HDTV that I will have it hooked up to via HDMI.

Right now I need to find a proper PSU that fits inside it, since it is a micro atx board(Model DG45ID) regular PSU won't fit it, the old PSU that inside it was a Antec Model AR-350 Watt PSU. After getting a new PSU, looking for a nice BluRay drive to play BluRay movies and a decent video card to play games like BF3. I will post my specs below with a picture of it currently. Please tell your suggestions, Thanks!
