Media Center Guide, wrong listings on Discovery Channel
Over the past week there have been many problems with the guide listings on Windows Media Center. Win 7 Pro x64. Hauppague HVR 1800.
Zap2it, which I recall is the "provider" of listings, is correct but forced downloads/updates have not rectified the issue.
Discovery Channel and History Channel in particular are the channels I notice the problem with however, there are likely problems with other channels--I just mainly only watch those 2 in my off-time. For example, the time now is 4:00pm, Guide says "Mythbusters" however it is clearly showing "Man Woman Wild" (or whatever that show is) History Channel, however, has the correct listing. (Modern Marvels, Bathroom tech :P)
I am in the midwest (Cedar Falls, IA) with Cable provider Mediacom and I'm using QAM channels however, the guide is "copied" from the analog channels which are showing the same, wrong listings.
Any thoughts on the problems? My time zone and such is all set correctly and it seems *most* channels listings' are correct ,but Discovery has been flat wrong nearly all week and History is iffy in the evenings. Thanks!
