Windows 7: Automatic MKV to M2TS muxing?

Hey everyone I have a Win 7 PC with a bunch of Xbox 360s connected as extenders. A lot of times I download things off the internet in MKV format which the 360 can't play. I've been using tsmuxer which works great since there's no transcoding etc and it allows the 360 to play the MKV in HD.



I was just wondering if there's a similar type application that can run as a service, so that any time a MKV file is saved into a folder (or its subfolders), it will automatically convert it to the m2ts format and delete the original MKV format so that I don't have to manually do it?
