Changes in WM7! Hi
Any news about a way to change the color and type of fonts in WM7? this is the mistery of the year.
I also wonder if it is possible to rename the title of default strips, eg.: change " Pictures + Videos" for just " Pictures"
Thx all | My System Specs |

Yes to both but it requires resource editing (something I don't recommend). The strip title is an entry in the string table and the font\background is part of a MCML file.
For the Pictures + Videos, it would be easier to hide the menu strip completely and create a custom strip with just the Picture library. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number My HTPC OS 6x W2K8 R2 (x64), 6x W7 7600 (x64), 2x Gentoo (x64), 1x Ubuntu 9.04 (x64), 1x pfSense (FreeBSD) CPU Core2 Duo E8400 3.0Ghz Motherboard ASUS P5E-VM Memory Corsair DDR-800 4GB RAM Graphics Card EVGA NVidia GeForce GT240 Screen Resolution 1080p PSU Corsair HX520w Case Antec Fusion Max Cooling Passive Thermalright HR-1 CPU Heatsink w/ Nexus Fan Hard Drives OCZ Vertex 60GB (C:\D: System\Apps)

I have your app to hide the thing and WMCCC to create a custom one, but I dont know how to make it point to built-in picture library manager of WMC.
Could you please give me a direction?

Here you go: http://www.mikinho.com/wmc/mc7apps-v1.0.msi
I modified an existing app I wrote. This one will create a new Start Menu Strip called "Favorites" with the below entries. You can use WMCC to move them already or delete the strip but the entries will be available for use now in custom strips.
- Movie Library
- Video Library
- Music Library
- Picture Library
- Radio
- Recorded TV
- Live TV
- TV Guide
The app can actually handle any of the following but I only had it create the above by default: FMRadio, InternetRadio, LiveTV, ManageDisks, MovieLibrary, MorePrograms, MusicAlbums, MusicArtists, MusicSongs, MyMusic, MyPictures, MyTV, MyVideos, PhotoDetails, RecordedTV, RecorderStorageSettings, ScheduledTVRecordings, Slideshow, SlideshowSettings, Start, TVGuide, Visualizations...
I plan to merge the functionality of this, Media Center Launcher (mcrun) and Hide Menu Strips into a new app that will manage all your apps and start menu strips.
Let me know if it is useful for you.
btw, I updated HideMediaCenterStrips to also hide custom menu strips so if you don't want Favorites but want to use the custom entry points you can. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number My HTPC OS 6x W2K8 R2 (x64), 6x W7 7600 (x64), 2x Gentoo (x64), 1x Ubuntu 9.04 (x64), 1x pfSense (FreeBSD) CPU Core2 Duo E8400 3.0Ghz Motherboard ASUS P5E-VM Memory Corsair DDR-800 4GB RAM Graphics Card EVGA NVidia GeForce GT240 Screen Resolution 1080p PSU Corsair HX520w Case Antec Fusion Max Cooling Passive Thermalright HR-1 CPU Heatsink w/ Nexus Fan Hard Drives OCZ Vertex 60GB (C:\D: System\Apps)
