Someone Please Help!? I need to know there the channel data is stored on the computer so I can make a backup. I have to do a clean install, and I spent hours moving channels and matching up ClearQAM with the guide. I don't want to go through it again. I can't figure out where that data is stored. Anybody have any idea?

Well the app is Windows Media Center for Windows 7 and I am using Windows 7 Ultimate RTM x86. I assumed this forum was for WMC for Windows 7. All I need to know is where the channel listing data is stored so I can back it up. I've looked in the Appdata folder, but I don't see anything that clearly looks to be it.

Thanks! You are a google master! Now I feel stupid. I swear I did several google searches, but I must have worded them incorrectly because I couldn't find a damn thing.

after a long search for why ehvid.exe would use all available resources on my windows 7 64bit machine the solution for me was removing the thmb directory which was tried due to a suspicion there was a corrupt TVThumb.db
