No five star rating for Music?

I am running into an issue where MCE is only allowing me to place a four star rating or below on music, even though the fifth star is there, greyed out.

I have tried both using my mouse and clicking "5" on the keypad, but neither works.

Ideas?

Pretend that four stars is really five stars ... that three stars is really four stars etc.. I doubt that you have any music that is bad enough for two stars...
