2 HTPCs, 2 Remotes, Power Up Problem

I have two HTPCs and two remote controls in the same room. I have set up the “codeset” so that each HTPC responds correctly to its respective remote control. All is good here However …

When I power up using either of the remote controls, both HTPCs power up. This is annoying …

What am I doing wrong, or alternately, what can I do so that each remote control only powers up its respective HTPC?
