Windows 7: Music library is emptied periodically

Hi,

I use WMP 12 and also use media sharing service. When I want to play media from another computer and select this computer it shows "no media". When I then start WMP it also says "no media" and start to scan my music libraries, all my MP3's are added and I am able to find them on my other device. However, a few days later (maybe after rebooting or so, I'm not still sure when it happens), the problems arise again and my library is empty again (and gets refreshed when I start WMP). This is really annoying. What can I do to keep the library alive?

I already tried the steps mentioned in another thread (stopping the service, removing the cached files and re-applying the mediafiles in WMP), but all with no success.



What else can I try? Any help is greatly appreciated.
