Audio shifting settings for bluetooth headphone delay in Media Center

Is there any way to compensate for the bluetooth headphone audio delay while watching Live TV in Media Center? For movies it's simple I can do it through Media Player Classic but I don't see how to change any kind of audio shifting setting within Media Center.

Ummm, I wouldn't recommend it, and not positive if it's possible, but you could attempt to hijack which codec is playing your audio for your wtv files. The audio is MPEG-1 Layer II or Dolby Digital AC-3 (ATSC A/52). And a lot of the third party codecs have an audio shifting option.
