Windows 7: Cannot Set Up Extender (Computer -> Xbox 360)

Windows 7 32 bit, The error is as follows:

Cannot Set Up Extender

Setup failed because your extender is unable to communicate with this computer. This issue might be caused by a configuration problem with your network or firewall.



I am attempting to connect my Xbox 360 to the computer using an Extender. This worked previously but ever since I have changed router (my superhub broke so I had to get a new one) I have been unable to stream music. The closest I have got thus far is having the track name appear but when I select it, it doesn't play music.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance guys.
