Wanting a Script or Program to shutdown PowerDVD13 after ripped movie

Is there anyone that can create some sort of script or small program that could possibly stay alive in the background, watch for when powerdvd13 starts in cinema mode and when the movie stops, have the program shutdown PDVD and bring WMC to the front?

    - BACKGROUND -

    -Front End-
I am using Windows Media Center for my shell front end. When I boot Win7Pro I have shelled WMC so it will boot in place of explorer. This means explorer does not boot at all. This is a good thing. To browse my ripped movie content I use Media Browser which is an extension of WMC

    - Playing DVD or BluRay Discs-
When playing a DVD or Bluray disc from Windows Media Center, PDVD13 will load what seems to be "within" WMC or it could just be a very good transition from WMC to PDVD13. Now PDVD will play the disc in cinema mode and when the move is either over or after I stop it, PDVD will shutdown automatically and return to WMC which is great. Not so much for playing ripped media (below)

    - Media Playing -
I have over 270 movies that are mixed dvd and bluray content. All of which are in raw VOB or BDMV format. I so far have configured MediaBrowser to load PDVD13 in cinema mode when playing a bluray movie, and automatically play. This is good, WMC doesn't always minimize, in fact most of the time after PDVD loads, WMC jumps to the front again and I have to minimize WMC.

The 2 real major issues are (1) PDVD will not exit after stopping or playing the ripped movie so I manually have to exit the program to get back to MediaBrowser and (2) WMC needs to be minimized when PDVD loads

I want to know if the someone here knows how to create a script or small program to run in the background when windows starts, which will monitor for PDVD loading and minimize WMC, then exit pdvd when I stop the movie or when the movie is over. Then bring WMC to the front.

    Anyone help?

I am willing to pay someone

This is probably not what you want to hear, because it's not free... but Total Media Theatre integrates into Media Center better than Power DVD. I think you can try the free trial of TMT to see if it will solve your problem. If it does, and you choose to buy TMT, you can often find discount codes to get 50% off the price of TMT.
