    Copy Protected Movie?

I just installed Windows 7. All of the movies I had previously recorded in Vista play just fine in Windows 7 MC but three. When I try to play these three I get a message that says they are copy protected and can only be played on the computer where they were recorded. OK. That's fine, but I am on the same computer where they were recorded! Anyone know how to fix this?

    Thanks!

As a short term solution if you wish just to play them then The KMPlayer's Forums - Powered by Pandora TV might be handy to use, i have not come across a format that it doesnt want to play

They are dvr-ms. They all are since I had recorded them on Vista before the upgrade. But only these 3 won't play.

Also when I view the media usage rights in Media Player it says they are not protected. But when I try to play it it tells me they are.

You could actually just try changing the extension to something like .avi, this doesnt always work but can work in some cases

Simply changing the container name is not going to change the format...Follow torrentgs' link to do it properly...
