windows 7 sp1 codecs

Is there any program or package that i can installed and return to DEFAULT the indows 7 sp1 codecs because it must something do and the program Bsplayer pro 2.66 build 1075 it was play every file fine and now it doesn't play any mkv file at all only divx files.

With media player classic or vlc i can play movies fine but i want to use the latest bsplayer program.

So is there any solution except of installing "Lav filters 0.60.1" that if i install that package then bsplayer it was play all files again like old days that it doesn't need anything except the internal bsplayer codecs you can download with the file codecmanager that it was exist in the bsplayer folder.

I was already try to
01. Completely uninstall with uninstaller 7 the bsplayer and re-install
02. Completey remove and re-install the bsplayer codecs with codecmanager.exe file it was exist inside the bsplayer folder.

How about installing a k-lite codec pack after the bsplayer install and see if it works.

If i want to install any of external codecs then i leave the Lav filters codecs i have installed and plays anything.

But I DON'T want the bs player work with any external codecs but with the internal codecs it has by itself.
