    Run "eventvwr" and expand Windows logs and Application. It wouldn't hurt to also look at the System and Media Center logs. The Media Center logs are located under "Applications and Services" logs

    what the step to get to application log for errors
    after i get their what am i looking for and what do i do their.
    How in the hell do i get rid of this error , software restriction, It got to be in these setting somewhere man. I can,t believe this, we can,t find out where this sofware restriction is. I been looking for one week every day now. 100 of people online is having the same problem, lots just gave up but i am not giving up man.

    Can you copy the full error? The is a "Copy" button that you can use to Paste the error

    Have you activated your copy of Windows yet?

    The mcupdate errors can be ignored, focus more on what is in your Application event log.

    have you ever took over some one computor to help some one if so would like to try it. If so what program do you use for it. If not it ok, but i don,t understand where we are going with this. I am starting to get lost, I am going places i never been before. hahahaha, well i am not giving up. hahahahaah
