Windows Media Center TV signal now gives me narration

All of a sudden...as I am watching CBS, I get a deep man's voice narrating to me what is on the screen.

    Huh?

I have changed no settings...how do I stop this? No text is on screen, just narration as in,

"The man walks slowly to his car and gets in." (U hear this as you are watching the scene.)

Closed captioning is, and has been, set to off. I've never used it.

Sounds like audio description for visual impaired has somehow got switched on. IIRC it's not available on all programs, but if you R-click the screen, and use the arrows to get to language, you can turn it off. See pic
