I had 3 missing stations and the sub channels and I re ran the setup messed around with it for hours, the machine downstairs has 1 tuner as it is connected to a Samsung LCD 40" TV and we can watch one record the other in the bedroom as well as get on the network all the recordings of the other machine upstairs. The guide was absolutely fine on that machine, no missing data. I gave up and left the other one alone and lo and behold the missing channels NBC, CBS and CW appeared with full listings.
I actually find the new listings better than the old ones. There were a couple of incorrect channel names and I have had to edit stuff to get it working correctly.
So now both machines with tuners in are working normally. The 3rd machine hooked up to a TV just uses media center to play DVD's and access the network to play TV recordings once in a blue moon.
