Windows 7: Paint/mspaint.exe not opening

Paint/mspaint.exe not opening

Today it worked , I used it a lot and now I'm clicking it and it doesn't open at all, I tried to search mspaint.exe, or use run, go to file location and nothing, nothing appears I just can't open it

try a restore point before the problem started.

If restore point don't solve you problem as suggested.

Try this tutorial by Brink and see if it will restore Windows system files.
