    Music Auto Rating

    Hey guys :)

I've just noticed something in WMP that is extremely annoying. When i rip a CD, WMP automatically assign the tracks a rating, i'd like WMP to drop all the auto ratings as when i filter an album for highest rated songs, it comes up with Windows' version of my 5 stars.
i can't find a setting in options that addresses the issue, may a registry value needs toggling?

Here's a screenshot that explains better than my words

    Thanks in advance

I find that very strange also.

Who decides what the rating is maybe the CDDB database?

The other odd thing is that WMP is NOT allowed to access the internet to retrieve album information!

    How do you know that.

If there's a codec is missing, it searches the Internet
