Linux CENTOS 7 / various Windows OS'es and servers

Hi there
Not sure if you need a US or a European version (US versions also have QAM (I think) which can decode cable TV signals without a set top box).

Hauppage tends to have a load of decent cards
I suggest you look at the Hauppage Forum -- there's a whole section on Windows 7 and TV cards. DVB-T (Terrestial / "Freeview"), DVB-S ("satellite") and HD cards are discussed.

Pinnacle also has some cards working as well.
