Windows 7 + Xbox 360 wireless streaming???

    You can try setting the XboX to half-duplex mode to test how it is.

    Uninstall any 3rd party antivirus and firewall, to test, from the Windows machine.
    Disabling will have no beneficial effect.

    The driver installed well though, correct?

    I assume your sharing through Zune or WMC?
    Do you have your firewall turned off?
    Do you IP v6 disabled?

    The only firewall I have on is Windows Firewall. I am using WMC. IP v6 tried it disabled did nothing to help the problem! Thanks again for the suggestions!

    Try to add
    WMC into the firewall properties.
    I had some issue's regarding sharing when I had Win-firewall enabled.
    It wasnt as bad as what you have described though.
    Do you have network discovery turned on?
