2 problems: Video Folders + Folder Image

problem 1:

i want to add tv shows to my WMC, so i add the folder to the Video library. however, whenever i go to the Video library and look for my videos BY FOLDER, it's not there. but if i look by date, it shows the videos by date. i want to have my shows under the folders so it'll look like "TV Show X Season 1" where the title is the name of the folder ive created.

problem 2:

i use to open up my movies library and all the folder.jpg files will show up fine and you can see the movie posters. now, for some odd reason, it'll show the movie posters for about 2 seconds and disappear, only to show the title of the movie in different colored boxes. after about 10-20 seconds, the movie posters will reappear. any ideas?

Windows Seven 64bit build 7600

I am having the exact same problem (problem 1).
Fresh install of 7 64bit 7600, no codec packs, and my avi files all played before on 7MC .
When I add the videos library it says that 0 files have been added.
And when I go into "my videos" there is nothing there unless I switch to view by date.

All other libraries work correctly.
