Windows 7 - UK (as usual) screws up Media Center in build 7057

Hi guys
Why is it that the UK is always the odd one out to the rest of the planet.

Trying to set up WMC for a TV card -- Was in London last week but this week am in Manchester.

I upgraded Windows 7 to the new build 7057 --seems to work very nicely but I need to re-set the TV guide for a Manchester Post code.

However I can't change anything in the 2nd Box (this error originally appeared in Build 7022 but went away again in build 7048. Now it's back again with a vengeance in build 7057).

Every other country on the planet seems to just have ONE box where you can enter a whole new post code.

(I eventually got round the problem by trying "Zambia" for a region, letting the TV guide find no signal and then changing back to the UK again --where I was presented with two clear pristine boxes to enter the code.

Finally it worked (Freeview) -- however there isn't any mechanism in WMC to add a composite video input as an extra channel or source unless you have some sort of remote (?) -- why on earth would you need a remote with a laptop -- or is it me just going bonkers.

What a mess.

-- at least they have decent pubs in Manchester (and the footie last night wasn't bad either).
