    media library use of windows media player is corrupt..


    hi there..i try to troubleshoot my progarms when this message appeared..also it says that windows media player configuration setting might not be in correct...before this happen my windows media player hang as i try to rip on cd..havent notice any prob except ,my saved playlist all of pic there is not in fullscreen...theres a black in left and ryt of it..any of u guys have an idea to fix it?i really really appreaciate and to try any of ur suggestion..PLS help...thanks

    after trying..it didnt work...still the prob exist...thanks btw
    pls guys help,,im dying trying to restore my media player back to normal

    i try that suggestion 1,now, it says that recreating media library complted...when i try it again..the prob still showing and fix again..and yet still showing..still corrupt and recreate again and again..whew..i need the step 2..how can i run w/ it pls,..help
    EDIT: i try scf/scannow and the result is: windows resource protection did not find any integrity violation...Anyone pls help...

    Go to Start Menu, type cmd, Right click on cmd.exe and select Run as Administrator, then yes at the prompt. Then type sfc/ scannow and press enter.

    I did already derekimo..thank you so much for helping me..sfc/scannow say..windows resource protection did not find any integrity violation...i wonder wht this mean by everytime troubleshoot my media library it says that its corrupted and the configuration of wmp is not correct,.applying the fix button,repeat the troubleshooter same result...is it a virus?a bug?or something in the registry....but my wmp work well only not fullscreen,theres a black thing side by side..whew its really a big headache for me...pls help and thanks..
