    Why can I not stream media of any kind?


    Whenever I use Winamp, Windows Media Player, iTunes, or even YouTube nothing works. I've done virus scans over and over and found nothing wrong. What should I do?

    I have a feeling that it depends on your ISP and drivers.

    I have the lowest Broadband/DSL connectiontion that is available in my neck of the woods ... it's just a step up from 'dial-up', so you might look into your service provider first, then your drivers second.

    Which drivers should I update if that is the problem? I'm not certain what hardware would inhibit media players this much. And I doubt it would be the ISP considering all of my music is on my HDD.

    Use of poorly crafted codecpacks can also cause this issue.
