Media Center guide is 3 hrs ahead of actual show

I recently upgraded computer from Vista to Windows 7. I had the media center running properly in Vista but since I changed to Windows 7, the guide is 3 hours ahead of actual showtimes. This makes recording impossible.

How can I can it? I have tried re-setting everything multiple times with the same results. I have doubled check the zip code and the correct selection of cable provider. Downloaded the guide several times. No matter, the guide continues to show 3 hrs ahead.

I am frustrated with this and need some help.
Thank you
Angel

The only thing I can think of is the time in the BIOS is not set right and/or your Windows Time (not in WMC) is not set properly and/or not set to the right zone.

Can you review each so that we can rule that out as the issue?

Problem solved. I knew it had to be something as simple as that. The clock time was correct but not the time zone. Once I corrected the time zone, everything is working like it should.
Thank you so much.
