Windows 7: Can't get WMC to recognize Hauppauge 2250

I took out my previous tuners and all associated software/drivers (Used to have an Avermedia PCI-E and a Pinnacle HD Pro Stick.

Installation seemed to go well, except it failed the config in WMC with a "Serious Tuner Error" although it found both tuners.

I am currently watchig tv on WinTV v7 in HD, so at least one of the tuners works... I can't figure out how to get it to show the other tuner, I started a recording, and though it would change tuners if I tried to change channels... But it just locks me into watching what I am recording.

But at any rate, any ideas?
