Maybe take it out of Vanilla theme, and see if that helps. I know the whole point is get that sweet looking back drop behind each movie, but try it with out the back drop and see. Like try a detail option and see.

    I've solved it!!!

It's all to do with my Video memory. I've just been watching the latest episode of Heroes pied to my TV (not extended or duplicated), native resolution of 1024x768. No slowdown what so ever as i navigate from screen to screen.

It's all to do with my screen resolution, while WMC works fine with my shared Video memory, Media Browser must need more so a lower resolution decreases the Video resources neede.

This is perfect as i only watch WMC on my TV anyway

+rep to those who tried to help :)

Yeah, major props for that Demon. I will re-render mine tonight. How do you plan to use yours? Just run it on movie night when you got your friends over, right before you launch the actual movie....?

I've also worked out how to trick Media Browser into thinking you have plenty more video & tv files.

Create a text file in your movies folder and call it what you wan (The Matrix) for example, then change the Search & View options to view extentions of known files. Then change the .txt to .avi ...... Simple.

I just love testing this out

I will add a copy to my movie folders and give it the name of the movie01 and add 02 to the actual movie name and it will play on start up of the movies I add it to.

I'm not 100% on why you want to look like you have lots of files?
Having lots of files can be a pain.
